Job summary

Join MetroHealth’s Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, at MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick. This on-site position involves 14-bed unit responsibilities with rotating shifts (7a-7p/7p-7a) and rotating weekends/holidays.

You will deliver high-quality nursing care for congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis, with exposure to EKG interpretation and bedside procedures. Required: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6-12 months, and 1 year RN experience for PRN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.
