Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick is seeking a Critical Care Step Down Unit RN for the 7 West on a rotating shift schedule. The role supports patients with congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA and sepsis, performing EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures in a high-acuity environment.

Shifts are 7a-7p and 7p-7a with rotating weekends/holidays. Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS within required deadlines, and 1 year RN experience for PRN are required; BSN is preferred and magnet

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire
