MetroHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, at MetroHealth Main Campus–Glick. The unit cares for a diverse patient population including congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis, with 14 beds and enhanced technology for nursing care.

The role emphasizes EKG interpretation, central line care, BiPAP/High Flow management, bedside procedures, and strong critical thinking. Collaboration with PCNAs, interns, and providers is essential.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.
