Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West) on the MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick. The role includes caring for patients with congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis, with duties spanning EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures in a 14-bed unit.

This position operates on a rotating schedule with rotating weekends and holidays, offering industry-leading benefits and OPERS retirement, with opportunities for tuition

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (or obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Current ACLS certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire).
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.
