Job summary

MetroHealth in Ohio is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West). You’ll work in a 24-bed unit with high-acuity patients, performing EKG interpretation, central line care, and ventilatory support, while coordinating with care teams.

Responsibilities include bedside procedures, critical thinking, and patient monitoring under rotating shifts. Eligible for substantial sign-on bonuses and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Ohio.
• Current AHA BLS certification or obtained within 90 days.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West).
• Monitor patients with telemetry and assist with procedures.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, trainees, and providers in a fast-paced setting.
