Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. The role focuses on congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis care with advanced telemetry monitoring.

Responsibilities include EKG interpretation, central line care, and assistance with bedside procedures. Collaboration with PCNAs, providers, and therapists is essential in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or program seeking accreditation.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) or on hire within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West).
• Utilize critical thinking, time management, and delegation skills.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, interns, providers, and rehab teams to support patient needs.
