Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. You will provide direct patient care for adults with congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA and sepsis in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

Responsibilities include utilizing EKG interpretation, central line care, and assisting with bedside procedures while maintaining safety and compassionate, evidence-based care during rotating shifts with weekend and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.
