MetroHealth's Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with critical care experience to support the Cardiac Hospitalist Unit. You'll provide high-level patient care in a 24-bed unit, perform bedside procedures, and collaborate with PCNAs, providers, and therapy staff.

Qualif: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS; BSN preferred. Bi-weekly hours 72, full-time rotating shifts; competitive benefits including tuition reimbursement and sign-on bonuses.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care in the Critical Care Step-Down Unit (7 West) supporting the Cardiac Hospitalist Unit.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, Nurse Interns, Providers, PT, OT on patient care.
• Assist with bedside procedures and critical care interventions as warranted.
• Maintain effective prioritization, delegation, and time management in a 24-bed unit.
