Job summary

MetroHealth in Lyndhurst seeks an experienced RN to join the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West). You will provide bedside nursing, telemetry monitoring and assist with high-acuity procedures in a 24-bed unit.

Requirements include Ohio RN license, BLS (and ACLS within 6 months). Rotating shifts, with bi-weekly 72-hour hours and rotating weekends/holidays. Sign-on bonuses apply for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Critical Care Step Down Unit.
• Monitor patients with telemetry and oxygen/ventilation needs.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, interns, providers and therapists.
