Job summary

ChristianaCare’s Medical Intensive Care Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the MICU team at Christiana Hospital in Delaware. This Full-Time Flex night shift with day shift rotations offers exposure to high-acuity care and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years; minimum 1 year acute care; BLS; ACLS preferred. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire)

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments
