Atrium Health Pineville MICU is seeking a skilled RN to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care for adult and geriatric critical care patients. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, and compassionate care in a fast-paced 30-bed MICU.

As part of Advocate Health, you will work 3 night shifts of 12 hours each per week, with weekend and holiday rotations, in a full-time, benefits-eligible environment dedicated to professional development and team

Qualifications

• Provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with established standards and policies.
