Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partner in Lafayette, LA. This role focuses on high-acuity patient care in an LTAC/ICU setting with day shifts.

Eligible candidates hold an active RN license (Louisiana or compact), and current BLS and ACLS certifications. The position offers a competitive salary with shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification or ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
