Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Lafayette, LA. This LTAC/ICU/CC setting offers day shifts with competitive salary, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in Louisiana or a compact state, with BLS, ACLS (within 90 days), and at least 1 year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience. Join a mission-driven team focused on high-quality patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
