Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time LTAC/ICU assignment in Lafayette, LA. You will provide care to high-acuity patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individual care plans.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
