Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a direct hire, full-time role in Lafayette, LA, providing care to medically complex patients in LTAC/ICU settings.

The position requires active RN licensure in Louisiana or a compact state, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, focusing on quality outcomes and patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active RN license in Louisiana or a compact state.
• BLS certification is required at the time of hire.
• ACLS certification is required within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
