Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted LTAC partners in Lafayette, LA. This role involves working in a specialty LTAC setting with high-acuity patients and day shift options.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, medication administration, patient education, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
