Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time LTAC position in Lafayette, LA, caring for medically complex patients in an acute setting. Nights available.

You will collaborate with physicians, monitor patient progress, administer treatments, and educate families. Active Louisiana RN license, BLS, ACLS within 90 days preferred; competitive salary with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
