Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Lafayette, LA. Join a specialized LTAC/ICU team providing care to high-acuity patients and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Active RN license in Louisiana or a compact state is required, along with BLS and ACLS (ACLS within 90 days). A minimum of 1 year in acute care/ICU/LTAC is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment (Louisiana or compact) is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• ACLS is required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies and regulatory guidelines.
