Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced RN for a direct hire, full-time position with a LTAC partner in Texas. You will provide direct nursing care to medically complex patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer treatments, and educate families to support recovery.

The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year in acute care/ICU/LTAC, and BLS; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor progress, administer meds/treatments, document findings.
• Educate patients and families; advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
