Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a trusted LTAC partner in Texas. You will provide direct care to medically complex patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Formación

• Active RN license to practice in the state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellent patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset and patient advocacy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
