Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a trusted LTAC partner in Texas. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients in a specialized LTAC setting.

You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans, monitor progress, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with all policies and

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or eligible.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Skills

Active RN license

BLS certification

ACLS within 90 days
