Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partner. You will provide direct nursing care to medically complex patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have 1+ year in acute care/ICU/LTAC, and are prepared to complete ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellent patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
