Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct hire, full-time role in a LTAC partner facility. You will provide care to medically complex patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans.

A valid RN license is required with 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience preferred; BLS is mandatory, ACLS within 90 days of hire. Comprehensive benefits and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
