Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time position with a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partner. You will provide direct care to critically ill patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support recovery in a specialized LTAC setting.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license and 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, with BLS and ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Commitment to compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Coordinate care with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
• Educate patients and families, advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.
