Responsibilities include assessing learning needs, designing orientation and continuing education, collaborating with the Education Department, and mentoring staff through coaching and performance improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Two years clinical RN experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses learning needs and develops educational plans.
• Develops orientation programs for new personnel.
• Implements inservice and continuing education programs.
• Promotes quality patient care through education and coaching.
