Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• ACLS Certification within six months of hire.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Minimum two years RN experience in Critical Care or Telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-specific professional care to patients on an assigned unit.
• Support nursing department mission and standards.
• Participate in patient teaching and discharge planning.
• Participate in unit Performance Improvement activities.
