MetroHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the 7 West Critical Care Step Down Unit at MetroHealth Main Campus. The role involves caring for patients with congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA and sepsis, with ongoing use of EKG interpretation, central line care and respiratory support such as Bi-PAP and Trach/Vents.

You will work closely with PCNAs, interns, and providers. Candidates should be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold Ohio RN licensure, and have current

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care on the 14-bed Critical Care Step Down Unit 7 West.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, Nurse Interns, Providers, PT, OT.
• Utilize EKG interpretation and line care in daily practice.
