Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist in Longview, TX to provide adult respiratory care on-site under supervision of the Respiratory Therapy Manager. You will set up and operate respiratory equipment, document patient education, and support physician-directed therapies.

Responsibilities include ventilator management, trach care, gas administration, blood gas analysis, and routine equipment maintenance, with adherence to safety and compliance policies.

Competenze

• Licensed to practice by the state as a Respiratory Practitioner.
• BLS required on hire and ACLS within 90 days.
• Maintain licenses and certifications during employment.

Mansioni

• Provide care for adults 18+; document education and treatment in charts.
• Set up and operate nebulizers, oxygen devices, and chest therapy as prescribed.
• Manage ventilators; participate in weaning; monitor patient comfort and flow.
• Record treatments and responses; update MAR and charts.
• Perform tracheostomy care and maintain ventilation per policy.
• Perform blood gas analysis and maintain equipment, logs, and quality checks.
• Attend monthly Respiratory Care meetings and participate in safety programs.
