ChristianaCare’s Medical Intensive Care Unit at Christiana Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to join our MICU team for a Full-Time Flex schedule (36 hrs/week) on a night shift with day rotation. You’ll provide expert care to critically ill patients, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for patients and families in high‑stakes moments.
