Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a critical care setting.
• Bachelor's level degree or higher is preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certification required within 1 year; NIHSS, CPI, IV certified, TNCC encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provides critical care support to nursing staff and transports critically ill patients.
• Acts as a member of the code/rapid response teams and supports stroke care.
• Educates staff and participates in professional development and committees.
