Job summary

Qualifications

• ADN required for RN licensure.
• BSN preferred; must matriculate if ADN holder.
• RN license active and CPR certification required.
• Minimum six months of nursing experience required.
• 2–3 years in Rapid Response, Critical Care/ICU or similar high-acuity areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical expert, mentor, and operational partner to frontline staff.
• Provide rapid, expert clinical support for acute deterioration outside the ICU.
