• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient's condition, including vital signs and other parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and life-threatening conditions.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.
