Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during ongoing care.
• Design, direct, evaluate and document care plans with teaching and discharge plans.
• Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries and diagnostics, and report changes.
• Implement safety protocols, medication safety, and physician orders.
• Provide bedside shift reports for continuity of care.
