Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, TX RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC with at least one year of RN experience. This on-site role supports a fast-paced hospital environment with a focus on patient recovery and safety.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree Of Nursing, upon hire
• At least one year of RN experience
• Demonstrated competence in RN performance expectations or meets experience requirements
• RN licensure TX upon hire
• BLS CPR certification within 14 days
• ACLS within 6 months
• PALS within 6 months
• TNCC within 12 months

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient’s condition and nursing care.
• Planning: design, direct, evaluate and document plan of care and discharge needs.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments, report changes, ensure safety protocols.
• Evaluation: reassess patients and adjust care as needed.
• Report Skills: provide thorough bedside shift reports for continuity.
