The role emphasizes strong clinical assessment, education of hospital staff, family consent conversations, and travel across New England for on-call duties with a January 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical experience in critical care settings.
• Experience managing complicated clinical events.
• Ability to travel throughout New England and drive a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Respond on-site to donor referrals to provide clinical expertise in donor evaluation and management.
• Educate hospital staff on the donation process and coordinate consent with families.
• Collaborate with surgical and ICU teams to optimize organ recovery for transplantation.
• Maintain flexible on-call schedule and travel across New England.
