Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI seeks a Clinical Pharmacist - Critical Care to join an interdisciplinary team in inpatient services. You will provide medication therapy management, participate in bedside emergencies, and support safe, effective, and cost-efficient pharmacotherapy.

The role includes rounds, therapy monitoring, order verification, patient education, and precepting residents and students. 100% FTE with evening shifts 12:30 PM–10:00 PM and 1 in 4 weekends/holidays; UW Health offers

Qualifications

• Provide medication therapy management as part of inpatient care.
• Participate in bedside emergencies with medication expertise.
• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds including medication reconciliation and dosing.
• Teach and precept PharmD students and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication therapy management to inpatients.
