UW Health in Madison seeks a Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient to join a respected team. Responsible for medication therapy management within inpatient services, including med/surg units and cardiology, ensuring safe, effective and timely therapy while supporting training for residents and students.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• ASHP Accredited Residency training program preferred.
• 1 year of clinical patient care and orders management experience required.
• 3 years of institutional hospital experience or completion of ASHP residency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide medication therapy management services as part of the interdisciplinary team for inpatient services.
• Provide patient care on inpatient med/surg units and inpatient cardiology.
• Perform clinical and distributive tasks to ensure safe, effective, timely therapy.
• Provide training and education to Pharmacy Residents and PharmD students.
• Deliver patient care to a diverse inpatient population.
