UW Health in Madison, WI seeks an experienced Clinical Pharmacist – Inpatient to join the Pharmacy Department. You will provide medication therapy management as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensure safe, effective, and efficient drug therapy, and care for patients on inpatient med/surg units and cardiology.

The role includes clinical and distributive duties, with opportunities to train Pharmacy Residents and PharmD students.

• Provide inpatient medication therapy management to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient drug therapy.

• Care for a diverse patient population.
