Qualifications

• PhD in biology, bioengineering, immunology, or related discipline.
• 2–5+ years of professional experience (or 10–12+ years without PhD).
• Strong problem-solving and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of next-generation gene editing strategies using CRISPR-based tools and beyond.
• Design, execute, and interpret molecular biology experiments including cloning, qPCR/ddPCR, NGS, RNA and DNA analyses, and cell culture.
• Apply immune biology to guide CAR T construct design, target selection, and phenotype interpretation in vivo.
• Review literature to develop novel gene editing and immunology solutions.
• Develop translational assays to evaluate gene editing and CAR approaches across in vitro and in vivo systems.
