Qualifications

• PhD in biology, bioengineering, immunology, or related discipline with 2-5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with CAR T cell engineering and gene editing.
• Experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR, ddPCR, NGS).
• Strong writing, reviewing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize research exploring next-generation gene editing strategies (CRISPR-based) and immunology.
• Design, execute and interpret molecular biology experiments (cloning, qPCR, NGS, RNA/DNA analysis, cell culture).
• Guide construct design and target selection using knowledge of immune cell biology.
• Review literature to find novel solutions for gene editing and immunology problems.
• Develop translational assays across in vitro and in vivo systems.
