Job summary

CRISPR Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Scientist II to advance next‑gen CRISPR therapies. Join our on‑site team in Boston and contribute to genome editing modalities and immunology strategies for a broad range of human diseases.

You will work with a highly motivated team to translate discoveries into therapeutic concepts. The role requires strong molecular biology and CAR‑T experience, independent problem solving, and collaborative execution.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in biology, bioengineering, immunology, or related field.
2–5+ years of professional experience in biology or related discipline.
Experience with gene editing technologies and CAR T engineering.
Strong writing and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Lead, design, and optimize research exploring next-generation gene editing strategies and immunology approaches.
Design and execute molecular biology experiments including cloning, qPCR/ddPCR, NGS, RNA/DNA analysis, and cell culture.
Guide CAR T and other immune studies based on literature and data.
Develop translational assays to evaluate genome editing and CAR approaches in vitro and in vivo.
Collaborate across disciplines to advance pipeline goals.
