Job summary

Synthego is seeking a Lab Associate to support synthesis and purification of gRNA products in our Research Use Only and GMP factories. You will join our growing operations team and have direct responsibility for the synthesis and purification of our gRNA products.

Qualifications

• AA in Chemistry or biotech certification.
• 0-1 year of industry manufacturing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Excited to work in a dynamic startup.
• Experience with LIMS and Google Suite is a plus.
• Familiar with safe laboratory practices.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily lab operations by following SOPs to set up, operate, and maintain instruments.
• Monitors lab work to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintains inventory of laboratory products and supplies.
• Operates automated robotic systems to manage liquid products in workflow.
• Purification of oligonucleotides.
