Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Support Worker in Wichita, KS to join our team. The role supports children in after-hours crises, with responsibilities that may include transporting children to foster homes or assisting during hospital visits. A high school diploma is required, and we will train you on the rest.

This is a full-time position with rotating on-call weekends every four weeks. We provide a company car, cell phone, and compute, plus flexible scheduling and remote work options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous work experience serving children and families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours in crisis situations.
• Transport a child to their foster home when needed and support in hospital settings.
• Work full-time with potential hospital/office assignments and weekend on-call rotation.
