TFI Family Services seeks a compassionate Crisis Support Worker to join our Chanute, KS team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience serving children and families is preferred. We will teach you the rest and support your development.

The role involves after-hours support for children, transporting them to foster placements, or assisting during moderate crises. This is a full-time position with rotating weekend on-call duties every four weeks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience serving children and families preferred.
• Willing to be trained for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours in crisis situations.
• Transport children to foster homes when needed.
• Be with a child in hospital or offices as required.
• Work rotating on-call weekends every four weeks.
