Job summary

2INgage is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to join our team in the United States. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and is designed to help children and families in crisis after hours.

A company car, cell phone, and computing device are provided, with shifts Monday–Thursday and on-call weekend rotations. Flexibility, compassion, and a strong desire to advocate for children are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families preferred.
• We will teach you the rest!

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours in crisis situations and support with transportation to foster homes or or hospital settings.
• Perform duties as a Crisis Support Worker including accompanying children in hospitals or offices as needed.
• Be part of a rotating weekend on-call schedule (every four weeks).
