TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead Crisis Support Workers in the Permanency Services Program.

The role focuses on promoting child well-being, coordinating with community partners, and ensuring after-hours support as needed. You must have a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university; two years’ experience in child welfare is preferred.

We are looking for a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor to add to our team! You must have a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university. Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

A Day in The Life as a Crisis Specialist Supervisor

As a Crisis Specialist Supervisor, you supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm and on call as needed. Crisis Support Workers provide after-hours and weekend on-call support to the staff in the Permanency Services Program. Promotes the well-being of children in the Permanency Program, participates in staff meetings and trainings and coordinates with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services. committees and work-groups.
