Job summary

Middle Flint Health & Wellness is seeking a compassionate RN leader to develop teams, improve clinical operations, and support individuals through challenging moments in a behavioral health program.

As CSU Nurse Manager, you will oversee a 24-hour Crisis Stabilization Unit, supervise ~30 staff, manage staffing, training, and compliance, and collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen policies and patient care during crises.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Georgia.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred or ASN with 2+ years of supervisory leadership experience.
• Valid Georgia driver's license.
• Current AHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 24-hour Crisis Stabilization Unit.
• Supervise ~30 employees; coordinate staffing and scheduling.
• Oversee training, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage pharmacy operations and assist with audits/inspections.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen policies and patient care during crises.
