Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board (H-NNCSB) seeks a Nurse Manager to lead nursing services at the Regional Crisis Stabilization Center. The center provides short-term crisis stabilization for individuals with acute behavioral health needs, and the Nurse Manager will oversee nursing leadership and collaboration with the treatment team.

The role requires a BSN or related degree, at least one year of behavioral health experience, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN or related bachelor's degree.
• One year of behavioral health experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• QMHP-T registration within 30 days or active QMHP registration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and assigned psychiatric technicians.
• Coordinate supervision of psychiatric and medical services with the team.
• Provide nursing assessments, crisis intervention, counseling, and medical treatments.
