Job summary

TFI Family Services in Wellington, KS is seeking a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor with a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field and ideally two years’ experience in Child Welfare. You will lead Crisis Support Workers and oversee daily operations for Permanency Services.

The role involves coordinating with partner agencies, advocating for children and families, and taking on on-call duties, with a strong commitment to service excellence and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers in assigned area Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on call.
• Coordinate with agencies involved in Permanency Services.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Liaise with community resources to support families.
