TFI Family Services in the United States is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor for a full-time role. You will supervise Crisis Support Workers, coordinate with other agencies, and ensure adherence to program goals while promoting child well-being.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in the human services field and, ideally, two years of Child Welfare experience. Flexible scheduling and remote work are offered to support a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area, Mon–Fri 1pm–10pm, and on‑call as needed.
• Coordinate with staff from other agencies and participate in trainings and meetings.
